During that time you will discover the answers to why the ball doesn't fly as far or doesn't touch the bottom of the cup as often as you'd like - the key elements that are holding you back from becoming the player of your dreams. Your Swing Strong experience will begin with a Self-Assessment to help you ascertain your limitations. This will start you off on the right foot helping you understand how your limitations are effecting you from performing better as a golf-athlete. After that you will progressively move through the phases of training...

Swing Strong 90 serves as the perfect introduction to golf fitness and is not designed to overwhelm beginners with complicated drills, movements, or stretches. The self-paced training program can be done anywhere, by anyone at any age, or skill level, with minimal equipment needs. The absolute goal of Swing Strong 90 is to provide a pathway to a higher state of physical function and understanding of ones body during the golf swing. The course contains, self assessments, video tutorials, over 100 exercises, and fun sweat equity. 

The course is fully remote and can can be accessed from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Your Instructor: Coach Ryan Steenberg, CSCS, TPI-3

Coach Steenberg owns 4 Performance, a sports performance and fitness facility in western upstate New York. Since it's inception, 4 Performance has aided in the development of state champions and runner ups, junior champions, sectional champions, and numerous NCAA Division 1, 2, 3 aspiring collegiate athletes. 4 Performance athletes have gone on to earn All-American honors, play in the US Open, be the youngest ever to qualify for the US Amateur Championship two years running, and experience sport beyond college. Recently, Steenberg’s stable has expanded to host a number of PGA tour, Canadian Tour, and Latin American Tour bound players.Steenberg is a product of his own methodologies in that he still competes at the highest level as a professional athlete in the sport of Long Drive. Steenberg placed 2nd in the world at the 2016 World Long Drive Championships hosted by the golf channel. With distances well over 400 yards and ball speeds faster than a NASCAR, Steenberg is positioned to be a favorite in the sport for a long time. Steenberg is currently ranked 8th in the world amongst the longest hitters on the planet.
