This will start you off on the right foot helping you understand how your limitations are effecting you from performing better as a golf-athlete. Swing Strong 90 serves as the perfect introduction to golf fitness and is not designed to overwhelm beginners with complicated drills, movements, or stretches. The self-paced training program can be done anywhere, by anyone at any age, or skill level, with minimal equipment needs. The absolute goal of Swing Strong 90 is to provide a pathway to a higher state of physical function and understanding of ones body during the golf swing. The course contains, self assessments, video tutorials, over 100 exercises, and fun sweat equity.
The course is fully remote and can can be accessed from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
